Melbourne Yoga Sports

Yoga Sports classes are 90 minutes long, conducted in a warm room. They commence with a warm-up sequence and mobility exercises, followed by a series of drills to enhance posture development.

These classes cater to individuals of all proficiency levels, ranging from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Our adept coaches provide precise guidance on executing each movement. Moreover, the structure of Yoga Sports classes ensures inclusivity, as drills are adaptable to each participant’s skill level. This ensures everyone can actively engage in every drill, regardless of their abilities.
