The Oakleigh Doughnut Co (TODCO) has been making artisan doughnuts and specialty coffee since July 2017, and its Richmond store sits at 107 Bridge Road. Twenty-six flavours of yeast-raised and cake doughnuts are made fresh in the open kitchen, where the baking happens in full view, and are paired with the signature TODCO blend of Indian and Brazilian beans.
