Founded by Roman who has been crafting schnitzels since 1974.
As a boy, Roman was taught the traditional way of cooking schnitzels by his mother in their Polish kitchen.
The Schnitz team continue to craft every schnitzel like Roman did back in his mother’s Polish kitchen – crumbed and pan cooked to a delicious, crispy golden brown finish. Made-to-order, served in a bun, in a salad or with chips.
