GEO – The Bridge Centre

GEO’s Bridge Centre is a Community Reintegration Centre that supports clients with transitioning back into the community by utilising the GEO Continuum of Care Model.

All support provided is tailored to the client’s specific needs. The Centre is safe, inclusive, welcoming and culturally sensitive.

The Bridge Centre can support not only the clients released from Ravenhall, but the people that are important in their life, such as children, family members and partners.
