The exciting work of Bridge Road Main Street Inc is undertaken by just one part-time staff member and governed by a small but mighty member-elected committee of Bridge Road traders who volunteer their time, expertise and pearls of local (and sometimes historic!) wisdom to the ever-evolving vision and growth of what we believe is Melbourne’s most iconic precinct.
Our Mission: To cultivate and nurture a safe and inspired Bridge Road community that supports, connects and empowers traders while also championing advocacy and positive growth.
Our Vision: To make Bridge Road the most desired, vibrant and comprehensive destination experience in Melbourne for locals and visitors alike.
The Head Committee is chaired by four members: the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. These members are responsible for regular committee meetings throughout the year and the Annual General Meetings.
The Regular Committee is chaired by traders taking a more active role in assisting the trader community and shaping the vision of Bridge Road.
