Fifty Acres
When the hustle and bustle of the city becomes too much, many of us yearn for a tranquil spot in the countryside to call our own. While Fifty Acres may not be a rural retreat, its chic design—a blend of French pastoral and Melbourne industrial—is a refreshing change of pace.
It’s the ideal spot for a leisurely pre-game breakfast or a relaxed post-shopping lunch. While the menu at Fifty Acres changes regularly to keep things fresh, it always includes classic favourites handpicked by the owners.
For coffee lovers, the house blend comes from Dukes Coffee Roasters, with guest roasters rotating weekly. Tea enthusiasts will appreciate the selection from Storm in a Teacup.
The elegant interior owes much to the talents of graphic designer Sue Palmer from Liquid Creativity and interior designers Georgia Nowak and Dhiren Das from Tone and Co.
Notable offerings include gluten-free and vegetarian options, and takeaway service is also available.
