Additionally, Vodafone nbn® fixed broadband services are available in capital cities and selected regional centres.

As part of the TPG Telecom Group, we serve a substantial customer base, with 5.25 million mobile customers and 2.17 million fixed broadband customers as of 31 December 2020. Our consumer and enterprise initiatives include innovative offerings such as $5 Roaming and no lock-in handset plans for mobile customers, as well as 4G Back-up for fixed customers.

With a commitment to exceptional service, we employ approximately 1,500 people across our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, as well as a contact centre in Hobart and around 100 company-owned retail stores throughout Australia.
