ShantiWorks is a small feminist, social justice organisation dedicated to promoting equality, peace, and justice.

We uphold these principles in all aspects of our work, including workshops, projects, reflective supervision, counseling, training, and consultations, with a significant focus on the family violence sector.

Our core principles guide our approach:  Social justice issues demand collective responses; we make ethical choices in our actions and attitudes; recognising institutionalised power imbalances, we acknowledge that not all voices are equally heard—it’s not a level playing field: those we serve, particularly the most marginalised, are prioritised in our work.

We embrace lifelong learning and critical praxis, demonstrating disciplined commitment to our principles.
