Frequently asked questions
Yep – fo’ real. This is because the majority of BRMS funds are raised via a Special Levy collected by the City of Yarra – a small yearly token that every Bridge Road business and/or property owner pays when they join our precinct’s ranks. These dollarydoos are then passed to BRMS (hi there!) to market and invest in you and our precinct as a whole.
We then transform your modest once-a-year stipend into all the membership goodies above so we can consistently reinvest in you, attract visitors from across Melbourne and beyond, promote Bridge Road as The Place To Be and, ultimately, grow your biz, your bottom line and the Bridge Road community. Review the map above, if you haven’t already, to see if your business resides within the Bridge Road Precinct boundary.

Great question! We advise you to direct your queries to City of Yarra – check out their Parking Services page or, if you have a recommendation, make a submission.
Ultimately, the decisions on parking services reside with the City of Yarra; however, we’re happy to chat to you about parking in the precinct and make suggestions where we can.
We also do our best to bring your queries and concerns about parking on and around Bridge Road to council’s attention in an effort to make change.
We’re *so* glad you asked! We have a dedicated area on our Links and Resources page to answer this very question. You’ll find all the details you need – location, square footage, rent and realtor contact info – right here.
Not at this stage, sorry 🙁 However, we understand how vital and beneficial connections between small businesses can be, so we encourage you to get to know and collaborate with resident Bridge Road precinct traders. Spread the word – and the love!
